The short version
We use one cookie to keep this website secure, and that one is always on because the site cannot work safely without it.
We would also like to use Google Analytics, so we can see which pages people actually find useful. Analytics cookies are only set if you press Accept. If you reject, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is stored on your device.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use the Meta or TikTok pixel. We do not sell your data.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets a site remember something between one page and the next, such as the fact that you are signed in, or that you have already answered the cookie question.
Cookies we always set
These are strictly necessary. They do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, because the site cannot work securely without them.

Expires: when you close your browser
Purpose: keeps your session secure. On the public site it protects our forms against an attack called cross site request forgery, so a form submitted to us genuinely came from our page. For staff it also keeps them signed in to the website admin.

Expires: after 6 months
Purpose: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not keep asking you.
Neither holds your name, your email address or anything about your visit.
Cookies only set if you accept
If you press Accept, Google Analytics sets the following. If you reject, none of these are stored.

Purpose: tells returning visits apart from new ones, using a random number.

Purpose: keeps track of a single visit so Google Analytics can report on it.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages bring enquiries and which do not. We have turned off advertising features, and IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Google is based in the United States. Their own privacy information is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Changing your mind
You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings button in the bottom corner of any page.
If you switch analytics off, we delete the analytics cookies from your device straight away.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a rejection and do not ask you at all.
Content from other companies
Google Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google. This sets no cookie, but Google does receive your IP address in order to send the font to your browser.
Booking calendars. Some pages embed a booking calendar from a provider such as Calendly or GoHighLevel so you can book a call without leaving the site. Those providers may set their own cookies inside that calendar. We do not control them and their own policies apply. If you would rather not have those cookies, contact us another way instead.
Video. Video on this site is hosted by us, not embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, so watching it sets no third party cookies.
Managing cookies yourself
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, and aboutcookies.org explains how.
Blocking the necessary cookies above will not stop you reading the site, but our forms may refuse to submit, because the security check they rely on will not work.
